Technical Requirements:1. This equipment is manufactured,tested and accepted according to JB/T4735-1997 "welded steel pressure vessel technology conditions" and HG20569-94 mechanical mixing equipment.2. Welding3. Welding is using electric arc welding, marked welding grade. Between stainless steel welded joints A102 is used, between stainless steel and carbon steel A302 is used, between carbon steel J422 is used.4. The type and size of welded joint is according to HG20583-1998 standard requirements except the figure registered. Welded joints and solder pin height is by the thickness of sheet metal. Welding of flange and Connecting pipe is according to the corresponding standards.
5. After equipment has been completely finished, do hydraulic pressure test. If internal pressure is 0.5MPa, it is qualified.
6. After equipment is completely assembled, use water instead of materials to do the test run, without phenomena of abnormal noise and vibration light does not shine. 7. Stainless steel parts of equipment should be pickled; paints, packaging and transportation of carbon steel parts is according to requirements by JB/T4711-2003.
